Dinner in the evening was excellent and a lovely selection of hot and cold breakfast choices each morning. "Fabulous property set behind secure gates with onsite parking. Close to The Wine Tram and walking distance to Franschhoek. Lovely contemporary spacious bedroom with modern sculptures and beautiful pictures. Lovely comfortable bed with fluffy towels and nice toiletries. Breakfasts each morning were delicious which set us up for the rest of the day. Good, healthy choices of hot and cold selections. All made to order. Very friendly staff and very helpful host. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay....

"My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at Coopmanhuijs while in Stellenbosch. It was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and acommodating. The restaurant was outstanding. Our reservation included breakfast and we were able to order off of a menu and/or opt for the generous buffet. We also ate dinner at the restuarant and it was beyond delicious. (Springbok carpaccio!) We don't usually relax in common hotel spaces, but everyone was so welcoming that we did spend some time in the lounge...
