"The room was a quiet and comfortable oasis in the heart of Florence. A little outside the historic area, but the taxi service was quick and efficient. It took about 10 minutes from the train station to get there, and there are quaint and delicious cafes and restaurants in the area. The gentleman behind the front counter was friendly, spoke good English, and was very helpful. He even called a taxi for us when the local taxi app wasn't working for us. at the time. A very enjoyable stay."

"The hotel is okay. The room was clean and spacious. However, the pillows were not comfortable, and the breakfast was not good at all. The eggs tasted and smelled artificial, and there were not many food options available. They definitely need to improve the breakfast."

"This place feels more like an Airbnb, in a quiet residential area and a 10-15 minute walk to the museums. The staff and the lady (who seems like the owner) are very nice and helpful. Our room is super large and clean, with beautiful paintings on the ceiling which feels very classic. And we loved the ancient elevator the you need to operate yourself. One thing we would prefer is to provide more variety on breakfast. But again, the breakfast room is beautiful."

"This hotel is located a little off the beaten path, but it offers convenient access to both the bus routes serving many of the area's top attractions and the train station, which was very helpful during our stay. The property is well maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooftop area offers beautiful sunset views, while the pool and sauna were a nice added touch. One thing to note is that some of the photos may give the impression that the rooftop hot tub is available for...
