Our second time here…love this hotel…nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk to everything. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Francesco in Alesso restaurant was so delightful. Will definitely go back highly recommend

Book this hotel! It’s incredible!! The staff are so kind and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious and the outdoor spaces are incredible. The restaurants are also amazing. It’s about a 15-20 min walk from the main attractions but is tucked away on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. We cannot wait to come back!!!

I loved this property. Close to several very good authentic and fun restaurants. Away from the hustle of Florence tourist areas but close enough to easily walk to all the sights. The hotel was beautiful, had a wonderful breakfast and everyone I interacted with on the team was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Hoxton before we headed out to Tuscany for our wedding weekend. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and the property itself was beautiful with a great location, it was a little bit more on the outskirts of the city center, which we are used to staying in when we travel to Florence, but we liked how quiet and secluded it was and the design of the property was really well done. We enjoyed the coffee bar downstairs and the Photo Booth in the lobby and the outdoor courtyard/bar area was a great meeting point for us and friends who were getting into town for wedding festivities. We would recommend staying at the Hoxton and look forward to future stays in other cities and hopefully Florence again.

The Hoxton is a beautifully styled and well curated hotel. The location is perfect for walking down in the busier bits but still felt quiet and sucluded. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculate and very modern.

Breakfast was very good, choice of buffet or cooked, coffee great. Easily accessible to main attractions by foot. In a calmer part of town. Water spray around the bar was refreshing in the heat. Cocktails were varied, atmosphere and music around communal spaces were sociable. There was nothing I didn’t like.

Great hotel but it’s at least a 20min walk each way from the city center. We had a good stay, but there was a wedding being hosted the whole time we were there. It would have been nice to know that the outdoor terrace, restaurant m, and rooftop were not available to the hotel guests since the wedding pre booked those spaces. Overall, the room was great, the staff were helpful, and the onsite parking was convenient.

This was my favorite stay during a two week trip to Italy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived through checkout. Though the room was small, it was comfortable and the aesthetic was nice. Breakfast at the cafe was tasty, the terrace was lovely for just relaxing or having an aperitif. I highly recommend this hotel.
