The hotel is in a quiet part of Florence with about a 20 minute walk to the historic area. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The outdoor dining area was very nice. The staff at the Palazzo Lorenzo was great. They were very helpful with any inquiries I had. Whether recommending restaurants, arranging transportation or making cappuccinos at 2am. Would stay there again. The accommodations were great, hotel is wonderfully decorated and the room I had was way bigger than I thought it would be.
