The front reception staff, the housekeeping and the amazing breakfast spread and staff were all fabulous! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely view and balcony of the couryard below! The location was a 20 minute walk to city center, most points of interest, shops, restaurants and the transportation hub. We would definitely recommend and stay here again when back in Firenze!

Staff were friendly and hospitable and it is well located near a tram stop that takes you to the airport. The hotel provided a very relaxing stay and sole use of the gym and spa was an added bonus. Great restaurant nearby (pizzeria da nasone).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff generally were very good. The only slight negative was that our room was extremely small, the high ceilings made it feel better but we were quite cramped for the 3 nights we were there.

3 or 4 bas stops to Florence station. There is no supermarket around the hotel. The stay was amazing. Nice and clean room, kind staff. Especially I enjoyed the spa. you can have 2 kind of saunas and pool. (not hot bath).

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked into the building we were welcomed by all staff and felt like VIP guests. All the staff were very professional and made this hotel feel like a luxury hotel. The private spa was so lovely and relaxing, we wish we could have used it more than once! The breakfast also had a great selection and we were very pleased with it. The property is very clean and very well-maintained, making it a really comfortable stay. The hotel is a little outside the main area of the town, which makes it a very quiet area. But everything is very walkable, and we only walked the entire time we were there. We would definitely return to this hotel if we visited Florence again!

well laid out. All of the fixtures, design, and furnishings are of high quality. The front desk staff is very nice, helpful, and speak good English if you dont speak Italian. The breakfast has a lot of variety, and the breakfast wait staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location is not ideal if you want to be right in the middle of bars, restaurants, other tourists, and tourist sites. However, the main shopping area and tourist sights are about a 20 minute walk away. I did find a bistro within a 3-5 minute walk that served food until midnight on a Saturday, Deposito Bagagli Bistró. The hotel is also a quick taxi or Uber ride to and from the train station. I would stay again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately our air conditioning did not work the entire time and as there was a heatwave at the time this was a bit disappointing. The staff were kind enough to offer us a fan which did help us sleep, however I felt given the circumstances it would have been great if the faulty air conditioner was followed up during our stay as it would have made us far more comfortable.

The staff was fantastic. We expected to have a "regular" room but were placed in the annex under the B&B formula; not bad since we could enjoy a great breakfast. The room wasn't exactly what we expected as it was in the modern structure built behind the main house: it wasn't bad, but it was a bit small for Americans, and there was some mold in the shower. It also smelled a bit moldy everywhere, possibly due to the old carpets. You have to walk 30 minutes to get to the city center, but it's a nice walk. Parking is available onsite in the backyard of the structure: it is narrow but very convenient since you do not have to walk a lot to get your luggage in and out. The overall house is stunning. We had no time to enjoy the spa, but we loved the "Acqua di Parma" products available in the room. Kudos to the staff again, very nice people!

Lovely Florentine building with a small outside courtyard where you could also eat breakfast. We booked our 50 minute Spa slot and it was great. We had the whole spa to ourselves. The young man at reception was very helpful unlike the young lady who did not seem to want to help with anything we asked. The hotel will offer you parking at 25euro a nigh. But there is a 24 hour car park just a few minutes walk away which Charges 15 euro. Also you can park for fee on a Sunday and after 8pm in a blue parking bay in the streets. Florence is not a driver friendly city. The historic centre is not open to non resident cars so be careful where you drive as you would get a fine if you drive through into those areas. The hotel breakfast was nice but very sloppy scrambled eggs with no option for an alternative. Rooms and linen very clean. You can walk into the city in about 20 minutes. If I returned to Florence I would stay again in this hotel.

Subject: Feedback on My Recent Hotel Stay I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at the hotel. First, I believe the price of €296 per night is too high for the value provided; I think a rate of €150 would be more appropriate. Additionally, the atmosphere during breakfast was quite unpleasant. The staff seemed uninterested and appeared bored in the breakfast room, which detracted from the overall experience. While the spa facilities are impressive, their booking policy needs improvement. The requirement to reserve a 50-minute slot in advance is inconvenient, as it restricts access to just one person or group when there could easily be space for 10-15 people given the number of facilities. Visiting a spa should be about relaxation, but with the constant need to monitor the time, it felt anything but calming. Furthermore, since the 50-minute slot is private, it's frustrating to have limited flexibility regarding entry, and it can be challenging to find availability. I strongly encourage a review of this policy to enhance the guest experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.
