The perfect place

This place was incredible - way more amenities than listed. There was a clothes washer! We enjoyed cooking, and our daughter enjoyed having a really nice bedroom to herself. Great location - quiet and an easy walk to the heart of Florence and public transportation.

Completely new guest house very close to the center of Florence. Every detail of the room is so pretty, the comfort was excellent and we were really happy with our stay!

The unit is excellent. The unit has a very nice ground level patio. It is several blocks to walk to the main tourist area, but that is on me. Would stay again.

The apartment was beautiful. The decor was tasteful and the rooms were very spacious (very generous) and ultra clean. The apartment had considerate elements like an iron and ironing board in the room. The bed was super spacious and was extremely comfortable. The terrace was a great space and it was lovely to find items such as water, detergent, olive oil and body products. The appliances were also great and came in handy. The check in document was well thought out and very considerate. This made xheck in super easy. The location was great too, I was walking my best life. The only problem we had was we weren't exactly sure what rubbish should go in which bin. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Im so happy that I stayed here. The property was in tip top condition, the room was perfect and the bed gave me a really decent sleep. The owners of this property have thought about everything, i loved that they give you free bottled water daily ( some all inclusives i've stayed at don't ) also the jetted bath tub was very much needed after walking around the city all day it was the hightlight of my evenings. This is honesty one of the most comfortable and beautiful rooms ive stayed in. Found the instructions to get into the building very straight forward and I thank them for such a lovely and memorable solo adventure! Recommended

I will just begin by saying I am quite strict when reviewing accommodations. I am a frequent flyer & travel quite a lot. I’ve been all over Italy multiple times a year for the past 5 years. This apartment truly stands out as probably the overall best accommodation I’ve had in Italy before. It exceeded my expectations quite a lot! From booking, check-in, stay & check-out, everything was just super easy & lovely! The check-in is contactless with easy use of code etc. The apartment itself is located just a 10-15 min walk from the city center with great access to local supermarkets & restaurants. It has just about everything one would need to cook food. It’s quiet and clean with very comfortable beds. Four Seasons Firenze is located close to it, says enough lol! The service is also fantastic, as they clean & take out our trash every day without disturbing us. This is optional, but just lovely to come home from a city trip to made up beds and cleaned room. Way better cleaning than some 5-star hotels I’ve been to, which a super kind woman took care of us. One day I forgot my key inside the apartment & was locked out. Called them via Whatsapp and I was inside my apartment 1 minute later. Truely exceptional! The accommodation consist of 2 big bedrooms with an open kitchen / small living room area. rooms with a super sweet private outside area. Very impressive for the price! I’m super thankful for the amazing stay we had & will 100% book it again in the future!

Wir haben das Familienappartement gebucht und waren zu dritt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Appartement ist sehr groß, eine gut ausgestattet Küche (für Selbstversorger sehr gut geeignet), hat zwei separate Schlafzimmer, durch eines der Schlafzimmer und der Küche ist die große Terrasse zu erreichen. Das andere Schlafzimmer hat einen zusätzlichen Balkon zur Straßenseite hin. Das Badezimmer ist im Flur angeordnet und ist von beiden Schlafzimmern zu erreichen, damit hat jeder seine Privatsphäre. Im Flur des Hauses ist ein kleiner Fahrstuhl und die Haustür und Vorraumtür sind durch Zahlencodes gesichert. Beim zuvor durchgeführten Online Check-in hat man alle Informationen erhalten und konnte so flexible und problemlos ein- und auschecken. (Ohne Rezeption, da es kein Hotel ist) In der Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Cafés und eine Pizzeria direkt nebenan. Die Innenstadt von Florenz ist zu Fuß in ca. 15–20 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Appartement wird täglich gereinigt, falls man es wünscht. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, können es nur weiterempfehlen und würden es nächstes Mal sofort wieder buchen.

清潔で快適な宿

部屋はとても清潔でした。私はその点をいちばん重要視しているので、とても快適に過ごせました。バスルームが広くて使いやすいです。 部屋には電気ケトルとエスプレッソマシーン、冷蔵庫もあります。また、ドライヤー、アイロンも備え付けてありました。 チェックイン前後に荷物をロビーに置いておくことができます。 中心部からは少し離れていますが、バスやトラムの停留所までは10分以内ですし、とても静かなエリアなので騒音もありません。 ホテルのスタッフとのやり取りはオンラインのみでしたが、特に不便はありませんでした。おすすめです。
