"Great location. Good rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was alright, but we also had breakfast outside the hotel that wasn't much better, so it is at least convenient. Would stay here again."

"Great experience! The staff was super nice! We were able to do an early check in! Always willing to provide any assistance when we asked!"

"The shower has a lot of problem hot water, and cold water is not between all the time breakfast. It’s terrible. I won’t come back again."

"All Staff were amazing. They were very helpful and kind. All requests were met with efficiency. Location of hotel was fantastic and breakfast was great. I would stay here again."

"เดินทางสะดวก"

"Breakfast was good."

"Everything was extra! No kidding they want a minimum of $25 per hour per person for roof terrace. They charge 9euro for eggs at breakfast . It was clear the entire stay their priority is grabbing your money and NOT guest service. Very prejudice against English speakers."

"Everything was perfect, but the bathroom had a step that I kept injuring my toe. Other than that, would absolutely recommend. Close to train station so you don’t have to get a taxi or have someone bring your luggage unless you want to."

"Excelente ubicación para l plaza de San Marcos"

"Excelente"

"Great location!! The view of the Rialto Bridge from their lounge and breakfast area are fabulous!! We had a fantastic check in experience with a room upgrade, too. We had an early flight before breakfast, so the kind lady at check in prepared a great breakfast take away box for us and arranged our water taxi. She even escorted us to the taxi which was very helpful. Bathroom is a bit small, but location made up for that!! Would registry there again."
