The location was perfect! And the staff was very friendly and helped us with transportation. There is no elevator in the property so I would recommend travelling light.

Staff were lovely and made a real effort with our toddler daughter. The hotel itself is in a very convenient location but also tucked away so not too noisy in the evenings. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. The room itself could have done with a lick of paint, but provided everything we could need.

This is a perfect spot to stay in Venice. Mere steps from the Grand Canal and St Marks but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. There is no elevator but the staff are happy to carry bags!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Al Nuovo Teson. The location was great. It was just a couple minutes away from the piers and just a short distance from Piazza San Marco. The staff member that checked us in was very friendly and made us feel welcome. He also gave several great suggestions for things to do in the area. Our room was clean and quite comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We went on a trip and spent a night at the hotel to experience being close to the canals. The hotel is very well located — a classic hotel with all the comforts, close to transportation connections along the Grand Canal. It was an excellent experience. The staff was very kind and helpful.

This was my first time to Italy, and my wife and I were very surprised to learn that the AC had been turned off for the season. In mid-october the temps were still high enough to need AC to keep the room comfortable. I feel as though this was no clearly communicated to us by either hotels.com or the hotel itself. Maybe I missed it, but I didn’t know. Hotels.com was helpful in addressing our concerns. The hotel itself was in a good location with plenty of good restaurants around. I’m sure we would’ve enjoyed our stay if we could’ve been a little more comfortable in our room.
