"The staff were helpful and welcoming. They reminded guests at check in to register the vehicle registration for the free parking. It was something I found unclear from Expedia and other reviews. I was so relieved to congregate free parking when I arrived, especially as there were signs in the car parking listing the rates.
Tasty food, complimentary fruit and warm cookies from the reception staff. Comfortable beds. Happy customers. "

"Parked at Sainsbury's using JustPark then five mins walk to accom. Easy to find and was on top floor in the roof conversation. VERY warm night and almost slept outside instead. Couple fans would have been great. Bed was comfy. Shared shower and kitchen spaces with the other residents "
"This property was not as described, the room had nothing but a bed and some cupboards it’s the most basic living space you can imagine. There were some unsavoury characters staying there as felt unsafe."
"Poor maintenance , yard unmaintained , mix of rotten fruits and other trash welcomes guests upon reaching gate . Front gate doesn’t latch and people can just go around the back and enter the property . Unused furnitures and junks piled up inside property from the front door , laundry room piled up with used comforters . Our room drawers still has items from previous occupants , presence of large amount of orangey powder inside drawers , free- standing cabinet not a single hanger , only 1 towel...
