"My husband and I choose Alexandra Resort as our destination for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better, more beautiful, well maintained or beyond friendly and helpful staff resort. Everything and I mean everything was fabulous!
The staff go out of their way to ensure you are always happy and have what you need. It's not overcrowded or such a large resort that you feel overwhelmed. I have no complaints at all about the variety of food or service, and I can be a picky eater. We met so many wonderful resort staff that by the time we left 7 days later we knew each other personally by name. We also met so many great families who were also there on vacation and we all were saying the same thing we loved the resort and would be coming back to the Alexandra Resort.
Shout out to Celine in guest services for making our honeymoon so memorable, Dericka at the excursion desk and her wonderful recommendations, Adrianna for always ensuring we had a dinner reservation when we needed one, and Caro and Rodnel for excellent pool side service and delicious drinks that flowed continously.
We also visited the sister resort Blue Haven and loved the service there as well Shaq and Micah were the very best to ensure our luxury cabana experience was top notch. I apologize as I'm sure I've forgotten a few names, but as I said everyone provided suburb service! Many thanks to you all!!"
