"The Hotel has potential to be amazing, as the staff were all wonderful. Singging Lisa and another waitress called Fa were very plesent and also the cleaners in our block, all of the staff were so friendly. I hate to give a negative but the hotel needs lots of maintenance all over, most of the furniture seemed very worn, and broken even. I think with some maintenance and a bit of TLC, this could be a fabulous hotel. Thank you to all the staff for being so warm and welcoming "

More sunbeds would help here as there are some selfish people who "reserve" the sunbeds by placing their towels over them early in the morning although not actually turning up until almost lunchtime. "Room was a good size, AC worked as expected, location is amazing for the price we paid, staff were lovely and attentive. The beds were rock hard which wasn't to our liking, we didn't really sleep well at all and the breakfast was pretty poor, we only went 2 out of the 4 times, we ate elsewhere the other 2 days. Overall, a good experience, Koh Lanta is truly amazing! 😍"
