"I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. "Great common areas access to full kitchen complete with all utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. Room was large with AC (included). Hot water kettle in room. Free wifi in room and common areas, free coffee, free tea, free water (hot or cold). The shared bathroom very manageable as there are 2 bathrooms with showers serving 6 rooms, so never had to wait during my 2 nights stay.
