"Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay."

"The staff is very polite and helpful, they are always available when you need them. The only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant, the menu is not extensive and the food is not good, at least to our taste. Went to Hemingways and the food was excellent! "

"Our room was sleek, comfortable, and thoughtfully styled,cozy and elevated. However, one noticeable downside was the service at the breakfast restaurant, particularly from the female staff. "I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

"My husband and I booked a last minute trip to Turks & Caicos for his birthday weekend and we decided on this hotel for the location (right on Grace Bay beach) and the affordability in comparison to surrounding hotels. The hotel was clean, has 2 nice pools, a hot tub and free access to the beach chairs and umbrellas for guests. Herby and Jay at the bar were super awesome and so sweet! We loved them! The food at the hotel was great as were the drinks. The hotel is only about a 15-20 minutes drive...
