"This property was very clean the staff kept the room as fresh as the first day. They left no sand hanging around. They have free golf car rides to the beach and snorkeling gear for guests! I would definitely stay again!"

"The housekeeper cleaned every day which is unusual these days! All staff was friendly and helpful with anything you may need. The grounds and pool were immaculate. The restaurant was one of the very best on the island! We never ate breakfast but had lunch or dinner at the restaurant every day then went somewhere else the other meal. The bed was comfortable which is so important to me. My husband and I have no complaints and we have stayed at Royal West Indies 4 times over the past years."

"You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. "The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes."
