"Pros: nice room, dinners were good, beautiful beach Cons: 5 star price…3 star service. Island time is definitely a thing, and that’s okay unless you want to charge premium prices. Took 40 minutes to get a shuttle to one of the villages, while the whole time an empty shuttle was sitting out front, but no one would take it (even though it worked). 1.5 hour wait to one of the restaurants for 2 people that had multiple open tables, when I inquired about it, they said they were being held, but they explicitly told us no holds or reservations. Some of the staff were awesome, but as a whole most seemed disinterested with a “not my job” attitude. Overall: if you have young kids, probably a great place. Lots of pools, great beach and several things geared towards children. If you have teenagers or no kids and expect service comparable to the price tag, stay somewhere else. "

"no they did not leave enough towels for us. They left enough for 2 people and we were 3. When we called for additional towels they never brought them up. Also the room had no ventilation, there was no way for our wet clothes bathing suits to dry. It was really difficult. Lastly, they did not clean our room properly, the floors were sandy and dirty. The front desk was not very helpful with questions. "

"The room was clean, however, the elevator was out of order. I had to lift bags up stairs and back down when checking in and out. I also feel that the property should invest in security on the premises, do that guests feel safe at all timee. "

"Hospitality was 10/10. Mikel was amazing. The staff would come help you before you could even ask. Amenities weren’t the best. On site items were pricey. WiFi was spotty. Food and drink options limited. Beach was nice, it’s a 5 min walk without the beach shuttle service. "

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zenza Boutique Hotel. I’ve traveled extensively around the world, and I can honestly say this is one of the most generous and thoughtful hotels I’ve ever experienced—truly a 10/10. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless, and the suite we stayed in was spectacular—spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a lovely balcony. What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Jen at the lobby—she is such a kind and genuine person, always accommodating and ready to help with anything we needed. She truly made our stay even more special. The hotel goes above and beyond with thoughtful touches—there’s always fresh fruit and plenty of water available in the lobby, which we really appreciated. There is also ample parking, and we loved using the complimentary bicycles to explore the area. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, it’s very easy to get there. You can walk, use the bikes, or take the golf cart, which makes it very convenient. The nearby beach is beautiful and definitely worth visiting.
