"Beautiful Rakuten"

"Everything of the hotel is great only how to get to hotel is a bit difficult if you don't drive your own car."

"Loved loved loved! Wished I had booked this for the entire trip and probably will book again if I return. The home was thoughtfully curated and exactly as pictured. Very scenic drive and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were straightforward with check-in/route/guidelines and host was very responsive. Note: if you are using public transport and have more than a back pack, I suggest catching a ride from the drop off point to the home."

"We lived our stay at SUUIUN. The staff was helpful, kind and cheerful. Our room was wonder and comfortable with beautiful bathroom and onsen. The outdoor public onsens were lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options and food was fresh and interesting. Nice little snacks available for free. Once we got to Gora station it was either a 5 minute walk uphill or free shuttle from sister hotel diagonally from station. Very easy pick up and drop off. Great location to walk to sites. We loved...

"While the service and location were both excellent, I was disappointed to be put in the dog wing literally. I didn’t book a dog room. Don’t have a dog. Chose this hotel for views which were on the east wing our room was in the west aka dog wing. Spa service was fantastic! Onsen experience was super relaxing. All good except for being with dogs!"

"Beautiful peaceful stay. The staff was so sweet and supportive. The property was a dream!"

"This hotel is gorgeous. Highly recommended. The outdoor onsen is magical!"

"As a cultural immersion it was ideal"

"Private onsen can not to see view when i took a bath"

"The house was difficult to find and, as mentioned, had a steep hill to walk down. When we entered, it smelled strongly of gas as there were 3 gasoline jars directly inside the door. The smell gave all four of us a headache. Also, it was VERY cold, due to missing windows. The heaters were set at max and we were still very cold. Lastly, the floors are not stable. In the dining room, it felt like we were walking on cardboard, as the floor flexed and moved when we walked. "
