It's an amazing experience in the hotel. Huge space for family even with 10 people. I was so surprised by the extraordinary Outdoor/indoor Onsen, Sauna, Stone spa in the house! Everything was clean and tidy! And the check-in was so smooth and easy! The only thing not that perfect was the internet speed, which made the streaming channel (Youtube, Netflix) on TV didn't smooth enough.

This place is excellent! Has everything and anything you wanted. The room is spacious and has your own onsen and steam room! The hotel is new so everything is spotless! The welcoming drinks and snacks are a nice touch! The only down side is the check in process could be easier!

I am completely impressed with this property. Smooth check in, huge apartments with the backyard for the pet (pet will have the bed, toys and everything needed), amazing onsen, shower and foot bath, slippers for inside and outside (pj’s of course). Sleeping area included two long size beds, projector. There was a telescope in the living room and kitchen had all amenities you can imagine. Fridge was stocked with free drinks and snacks including wine. Clean, practical, in a beautiful area. I am very thankful for the choice among all hotels in Hakone.

This felt like a luxury apartment with a private onsen, large tv and bbq. The location itself is near a train station and several bus stops. Please be aware that this property is on a mountain so getting to those might stretch your calf muscles. Lovely location!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful — it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was exactly as advertised, if not better. The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged. One of the highlights was the indoor onsen, which offered a serene and private experience with a breathtaking view of the mountains. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Definitely accommodation suited for holiday makers with a car. Facilities were immaculate. Limited dining options but able to walk 6-7 minute to train station to Hakone for dinner. Bus 4-5 minutes.

Fantastic room with all the modern amenities- sauna and onsen were fabulous and they left snacks and drinks. Some amenities were hard to figure out or didn’t work (projector, vending machine, balcony light made it hard to use the telescope). It would have been nice to have staff on site to consult (calling a number can be awkward and feel like too much work).

Really nice property but not close to any restaurant or 7-11 without taking an Uber. Terraces, onsen, shower and full kitchen are lovely. Would be nice to have a screen across the 2nd bedroom for privacy. Also a way to turn off the auto light in the foyer. Provided pajamas are so soft and comfortable!

My room was absolutely stunning. Cleanliness 10/10. Check in was a breeze. The room was so spacious the outdoor patio had a footbath, grass area, bbq and outside table. The room was equipped with absolutely every single thing you needed, it even had a telescope! The best thing was the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful private onsen with a big window that opens up to the backyard. Privacy is 10/10. It’s also 10 minutes car ride to the Hakone Open Air Museum and a 7/11. 100/10 experience at this place!

The kids love the apartment bur check in is a bit complicates as filling out all details including address age, etc took me more than half an hour to fill it out especially with more than 4 people. Luckily we were able to do it inside the room otherwise everyone was so tired to wait for me to finish to fill out the check in procedures. Other than this, everything is excellent. Thank you for the stay.

The large family room was spacious and clean. Great modern furnishings with classic Hakone touches like a sauna and onsen in the room. Beautiful views from the balcony.

This hotel is definitely the best we've stayed at, not only on this trip, but on all our trips. Simply fantastic. It was a spacious apartment with queen-size beds, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. Fully equipped and with complimentary toiletries. The best!

Very nice

Very spacious and full of amenities, loved the hot spring tub. Only issue was they was food smell from somewhere at times. Great beds and kitchen.
