"Everything is great as always. Spacious, clean and updated room. Nice executive lounge. Staffs have a very good service mind. Only complaint is sound insulation needs to be improved. Will be back again next year."

"Great location !"

"Driving and finding the hotel was difficult as many of the surrounding Chicago streets were closed for construction."

"Great experience and accommodations"

I loved it ! only flaw was that the room has very limited space to put your clothes & personal belongings. All other is very good. Location was amazing! In the heart of downtown with walking access to local restaurants, stores, bar, rooftops etc…"

"I stayed for two nights. The major issue was there are a lot of noise at night - a lot of siren on the street - police, ambulance, fire trucks. These noise are all night long. I must have been waken up 6-7 times each night. Before 1pm also heard a lot of street noise because N Clark Street is a popular youth hangout place."

"Loved everything about our stay! Great location, staff, clean and updated room."
