This was a fabulous hotel. We only had one night on our road trip from OH back to WA State, and it was close to everything we wanted to do on our short visit. Lovely park across the street from the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the location of this hotel being right next to the auditorium. Was able to upgrade to the suite at the last minute since I had an extra guest come at the last minute. Room was very cozy very tall ceilings and a nice view of Navy Pier. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Cool old hotel, that shows its age a bit. Lots of remodeling over the years, that shows a bit of wear and tear. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location for walking to all the great sights and experiences in Chicago. Staff was great, very helpful, especially the doorman.

Jasmine at the front desk was amazing. Jasmine considered our concerns and was able to accommodate all of our needs. The Congress is dated and some areas need help. We love the location to Soldier Field. We would stay in the North Tower again!

Ok, this hotel is the BEST for the night before the Chicago Marathon. It's right in front of the starting corrals, so FOR THIS it's the best hotel. Now, it's an old hotel and it requires maintenance! it's expensive for what you get. But I can tell you I had a great night before the race so I can totally suggest this hotel for that purpose.
