"Everything is great as always. Spacious, clean and updated room. Nice executive lounge. Staffs have a very good service mind. Only complaint is sound insulation needs to be improved. Will be back again next year."

"Très bien situé pour visiter la ville."

"Beautiful hotel situated perfectly for most downtown Chicago activities. Attentive staff and amazing views from our 14th floor lake view room. This stay has been on my bucket list for awhile. This hotel experience did not disappoint"

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"The stay was absolutely amazing, the staff were very helpful and rooms are so beautiful. Close by everything. We’ll be returning."

"When I called about the heat and blinds, on two separate occasions, someone came within 15 minutes. The person was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I will refer others to stay at Aloft"

"Nice cozy room. Good location, with bar and food on site."

"Very respectful staff. Very nice and clean stay. We highly recommend and will return."

"Great historic hotel. Super nice staff"

"Good restaurant"

"the hotel is clean and front desk staff was friendly. The only issue was I requested my receipt to be emailed to me and the staffed tried, but due to firewall (as I was told), the email was never sent to me. Despite of multiple calls, still have not received the receipt yet. This was the reason for not getting the best rating of my stay."
