"You are close to everything, 3/5 minutes walk to David, Tram Station and Duomo. Food places galore around with shopping. Great breakfast, coffee, very large room with sofa, comfy bed. The room is too big for the AC to cool properly in the Florence summer is my only minus. Call the hotel to find closest the tram stop from airport. If you do not see something ask, they will provide it. We needed ice and we got it. I would stay again."

"Rooftop pool (and the associated view) are absolutely incredible. The hotel itself is a little dated in decor / fixtures but clean and well-staffed (the staff switched the placement of the turndown service when they noticed I slept on the other side of the bed. The single room was a little tight, but it was everything I needed as a home base for a few days of solo travel in Florence. Location is just a little bit outside the heart of downtown by foot (in a good way), so expect to add on some extra steps going back and forth."

"What a wonderful surprise to such a beautiful hotel, the staff were so helpful with everything we needed. We did not have a rent a car, had to take a bus to the center city and it was so easy. They had happy hour everyday free appitizers and drinks , wine pastry , Only hotel ever that we stayed at was so generous. Love it there and we will stay there again, perfect area in Florence."
