"The hotel is well situated and an ideal base for families who want a bit of a sanctuary away from the main hustle and bustle but still close enough you can walk to those areas in 10-15minutes. The rooms were well furnished, clean and beds super comfortable. The Hydropool was great to relax in at the end of a day sightseeing."

"This is a lovely hotel, great quality hotel well situated with around 10 mins walk to the main hub of activity. So, so good to have the option of the roof top area to relax at, with a cool pool after a day of walking and sight seeing in the heat, not to be underestimated. The room was spacious, air con great as was the shower. Nice view of the river and close to the steps across by bridge for lovely views on high of the City. Staff attentive, professional and efficient and with a friendly welcome. Concierge was helpful and likeable. We loved the extras, bar drinks came with snacks and coffee came with a quaint glass pot of scrummy biscuits. Cocktails from the inside bar were delectable, with the bar staff taking real pride in their work. Breakfast was very good, sausages and bacon were great, plenty of other options as well, endless cappuccino etc to order. The only negative point, though not major, is that the roof top lounger area was privately booked for non hotel residents from 7pm every night, so we had to move to the restaurant tables or bar stools, which were not as comfortable. However, the views from the roof across the City are magic, no matter where you sat..so a minor grip only. Book, its lovely"

"we love this hotel so much. it’s our second time coming here and we would even come back a third time! the hotel staff are so wonderful and kind. the rooms and amenities are very well kept and clean. the rooms are spotless and they are perfect sizes for travelling as well. the bar is also open 24/7 which is nice!"

"Good location. Within 5 min walking distance to gelato,coffee bars, pharmacy. There is a nice restaurant beside it that is open for coffee as well as lunch and dinner. The bus station close by will take you directly to the city centre. There is also parking in their property if you have a car. Although we didnt get to use it, they have a spa, gym and breakfast buffet."

"No 24 hour shuttle to airport as advertised (it cost about 100-200 euros to get your own transportation). The hotel Charges 2.5 Euros each way for their shuttle to and from the city. The shuttle drops you off about a mile from the actual city center no where near anything and it has other stops on the way, it also has limited pick up and drop offs. It is cheaper and more convenient to take the city bus. The air conditioning was blowing hot air on the lowest setting the first 2 nights, the best the hotel offered was a fan, no one came to inspect or fix after 2 calls. It was well over 80F in the room, it was much hotter inside than outside. this force us to open windows to cool the place down, then we where eaten alive by bugs because they don't have screens. overall not impressed. The menu also only included extremely fancy dishes that seemed overpriced and didn't offer much for the common person. the hotel wasn't near anything so you really have to plan ahead for food so you don't have to pay 40 euros each way for a taxi."
