"I can’t even find the words. Our stay at Palagina was so wonderful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I along with our 2 children ages 7/5 loved our apartment stay. Wir waren zu Fuß und ohne Auto unterwegs,das ging gut mit dem Bus. Allerdings gab es keinen Fußweg zur Unterkunft (wofür Tomasso natürlich nichts kann) - nur als Info falls man die Unterkunft ohne Auto buchen möchte. Mit Auto ist das kein Problem und schnell erreichbar von Florenz aus. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt,danke!"

"We loved this hotel. The room was lovely and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. The people were so nice. The breakfast was good and quaint. There is no elevator and there are two flight of stairs to get to the hotel, however upon arrival, the staff carried our suitcases up and when checking out, the staff carried our suitcases down the stairs. We would definitely stay here again."
