2 night stay with daughter and friends to watch football. Hotel is in great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, clean and bed comfortable. If I had to make a recommendation it would be to add a couple of drawers. It was inconvenient to have to leave underwear etc in ...

voco Southampton by IHG
Had arranged for the hotel to have a taxi for us in the morning. Was waiting for taxi 1/2 hour past the time pickup was arranged. Spoke to taxi service and found out no reservation was made for us. Hotel dropped the ball big time. Not happy at all.
