"The staff were excellent. They arranged taxi to get us to the port for our cruise. The included breakfast was wonderful."

"We had a one night stay and it was a perfect hotel for this. Check-in was seamless and a lovely room with en-suite facilities was plenty big enough with tea making facilities. Bed was very comfy. I ate in the evening and food was a good quality and staff really helpful. The following morning we asked if an extra person could join us for breakfast and were informed this was no problem and we discussed some food intolerances that they had and once again the staff were really helpful and able to...

"Second Nature Southampton is a lovely hotel. The room we had was spacious and clean, with a nicely sized bathroom. It’s not a far walk to Oxford Street, where you can find a collection of good restaurants and pubs. St. Mary’s Stadium, the goal of our trip, was an easy twenty minute walk away. The friendly front desk staff can get a little overwhelmed, as they have to attend to check-ins and the cafe; and if you have an email with your parking confirmation, have it ready, otherwise you may be...

"Great great location. Don’t need to stay near the pier and pay their price. Great value at this hotel, clean , modern, well maintained and excellent location. Bar and restaurant on site so no need to venture out hunting for something. Many friends stay near pier for pre cruises but way more expensive while this hotel is only 10 minutes to pier was way more cost effective. Uber was only 8 pounds. Definitely recommend this hotel for all singles couples and family."

"This is a great little place - central, spotlessly clean and so helpful/accommodating. Perfect for a pre-cruise stay in Southampton"

"We had a delightful stay...and a wonderful breakfast. My wife thought the eggs were prepared perfectly."

"Staff here was lovely and so helpful. Breakfast buffet also very good."

"Personnel courtois et proximité du port de croisière."

"The hotel room are very small it has the necessary things but small, close to stores And centric to cruise port But rats are in the street close"

"Le petit déjeuner et le fish & chips étaient excellents"

"The bar was great. It was a little hard moving luggage up stairs to 2nd floor. The room was a little small but perfect for a short stay. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable for a night."

"It’s an old hotel in the city center with great history and atmosphere. Have stay there before and will again."

"Room was tidy and clean, one issue was the loud shouting in the corridor of the room service lady one of the mornings. Shower was not powerful but adequate. Nice lounge and dining area. Overall a nice stay"

"It was a short walk from the train station and not too far from the pier. The hotel is okay. Staff kept trying to tell us it was new but it’s obviously an older hotel. Our first room had a bug in the bed and also smelled musty. You can’t open any of the windows. The 2nd room smelled better and had no bugs in the bed, but there was a leak in the bathroom. We threw a towel down and it was fine. The rooms are nice size, and the bed was just okay. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was typical...
