"The room was super small, but the bathroom was decent size with a great shower. We had to store our luggage downstairs at the desk as only our carry ons could fit comfortably on the room. "Property was clean, everything worked as it should. Front staff were very courteous and let us store our bags for the day until check in. Property was very close to the cruise ports and train or coach stations so very handy. Would stay here again."

"It is old, tired, patched up, broken lights, messy, needs maintenance and paint. But worse, there was no towel but I got one from a staff member, but it was a waste of time as there was only a trickle of water and even after 10 minutes, no hot water. But worst of all, the smoke alarm was dead (I know about them) and it was a very long way down to the only fire exit. If I could give it a zero I would. Take it off your list."

"room was double booked but they gave us another room, took about 20 mins. We were locked out when we came back later/ no front door key. This took about 15 mins. Run on a shoe string but very cheap. You pay your money and this is what you get. Staff very friendly and nice but the systems dont work at all there, need better organisation and a front door key. Also rooms need a spruce up!"

"In the middle of the night, there was banging on the door. Someone let the person in and was constantly up and down the staircase. It is dirty and unsafe. "
