"The hotel itself is situated in an excellent spot in Shinjuku. It is only a 10 minute walk to the station, but there are still tons of things to do in Shinjuku if you do not feel like going out too much. Rooms are very clean and the free amenities in the lobby were great. It also has excellent sound proofing. I could barely hear any sounds from rooms around us except maybe the occasional footsteps upstairs, but nothing that would wake you up. I am a light sleeper so this was great. The A/C is good and quiet. The rooms are tiny, so take that into consideration, but that is usual for a hotel in the city. The front desk staff were very helpful when my mother left her bag on the airport limousine bus. They were able to call the bus company and identify the bag for us. We were able to get it back the next day. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Our 3-night stay at Keio Plaza was excellent. From arrival to departure the staff was courteous, helpful and professional. Our suite was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the little extras that made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet on the 45 floor had a great selection of Western and Japanese dishes that were delicious. We highly recommend the Keio Plaza to anyone looking for excellent upscale accommodations in the heart of Tokyo. The hotel is conveniently located near the west entrance to the Shinjuku train station that easily connects to train routes that service all other areas of Tokyo and beyond."
