"The staff at the rose garden were lovely, to deal with and extremely helpful! I found both the hotels breakfast buffet and its Italian dinner options to be delicious. My room was very clean and featured both a full sized refrigerator, and also powerful AC system. The short walk to the nearby Tokyo Metro Marunouchi line was part of why I picked this hotel and as expected it was a major boon to my getting around Tokyo, less expected was the short walk to the government building and its nighty light shows, which provided me with a great deal of entertainment during my stay there "

"Property including rooms are very clean, rooms were on the smaller side though and so was the bathroom. Great amenities, convenient to have laundry and baggage storage facility in the hotel. Property has 2 convenience stores that are absolute life savers."

"Superb hotel in Shinjuku Tokyo. Its location proved great for travel to all the attractions we wanted to see on our first time visit to Tokyo. Our Premier Grand room was a spacious, relaxing, and comfortable modern room. The service was excellent at all times. The Club Lounge was an oasis of calm, great for a coffee on return each afternoon from the hectic crowds of vibrant Shinjuku / Tokyo. Loved our meal at Tempura Shun restaurant. Highly recommended."

"There was any access to the pool regardless of the season, the pool is pay per visit which doesn’t make sense. During the booking it says there’s pool access but does not mention that you have to pay to use the amenities. The cleaning staff were very friendly which I appreciated but the staff at front desk were not very helpful, I would say average service. "
