"The Shinjuku Washington hotel is a terrific place to stay if you’re looking to stay in Shinjuku but not in a crowded area. The airport Limousine stops right in front of the building which is ideal if you’re traveling with heavy luggage. Amenities galore! In the basement, there are several restaurants if you don’t feel like to go out there are so many options - you will go hungry. There’s also pharmacy and FamilyMart right in the building as well. Hint: if you want new, stay at the Shinjuku Washington Annex. Be aware of pricing in this area which is typically $200+ per night. If you see anything less expensive in this hotel, it is likely the smallest room (think of you college dorm). If you’re good with this you will get value…otherwise pay $200+!to upgrade and get a better room. "

"Hotel Location is great. And the staff are very friendly & helpful. The room is clean but the TV we have in the room is small & does not have other apps like YouTube & Netflix. And the bidet is kind of old that it sometimes does not work properly. They said it’s because our room was not renovated yet."
