Staff was super helpful - received our luggage that was lost by the airline and kept it safe until we arrived at this hotel 2 days later. They allowed us to check in early and helped us ship our luggage forward once our cruise got delayed and we had to move hotels. Very friendly! Easy location to find and to travel to/from.

This hotel was very central to the train station, a lot of dining options, and shopping. This was our 1st time in Tokyo. The rooms were small and the bathroom was tiny and tight. But overall the hotel was good. It was very convenient to everything.

Love the proximity of hotel to Shibuya Crossing and station. 2nd time staying here. The last time I got a bigger room for 2 people. This time, the 3 bed room was small. Love the staff though.

This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Shibuya, yet somehow still so quiet. The rooms are very small, however the perfect location and friendly/helpful staff make up for it.
