"Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights. We loved EVERYTHING about the hotel. Location was perfect once we learned to navigate the bridge through Sakura stage to Shibuya Station. We were on the 28th floor and the views were amazing! We also had lounge access and we visited everyday for their snacks and drinks! I would definitely stay again! The staff was so helpful and polite, the rooms had ample space, and the decor in each room was beautiful!"

"The room was very small but well kept, clean and comfortable. It will be very tight if you have a lot of luggage. The staff was super helpful and the matcha making class was a fun experience. The hotel overall is great. It’s close to Shinjuku station which can be very convenient. The immediate surroundings are a bit of a “party” zone so it’s dirty and there seems to alway have crowds at night. I went out early in the morning for a jog and there was a couple of people passed out on the street from what I can only imagine was drinking too much the night before."

"We loved our long stay at Tokyu Stay Shibuya. The location was perfect for us, 5 minute walk to Shinsen station and a 10 mininute walk to Shibuya station. So many excellent eateries in close proximity to this hotel. Outside the main hustle and bustle of Shibuya city center, we enjoyed the quiet location of this hotel. The staff was so nice and helped us with any issues we had. So impressed with everyone we encountered. Having a kitchenette and washer/dryer in the room made our long stay more like apartment living. We cooked in the room (even has an exhaust fan) on many days and the laundry allowed us to pack fewer clothes for our trip. There is a Maruetsu Market across the street from the hotel that has plenty of fresh food offerings that help your food budget. Our room had a small balcony with a door and screen that allowed fresh air (of course the AC worked great too). The night time weather was cool enough during our stay that we slept with the door open on the cooler evenings (we were on 9th floor so street noise was not a problem). The room had two full size beds (4' wide) that could be slid together to make a supersized king bed. There were only two of us so this was more than we really needed. Would have preferred a queen sized bed and a bit more floor space but the flexibility of the additional bed space may work better for more than 2. We would 100% choose to stay here again if we return to Tokyo."

"Fabulous hotel worth an incredibly helpful staff that answered multiple questions from a 1st visitor to Japan. The rooms were much bigger than I anticipated with many amenities in the lobby to use. Very close to the heart of Shibuya but still very quiet hotel. We're on our 3rd hotel around Japan and JR-EAST Shibuya had been a wonderful hotel for our trip!"

"We booked with 3 people to a room and had 2 beds under a bunk bed. Room was clean and cute. The beds were hard for me, but my husband liked it. The bathroom was small. Had a toilet and a shower in it. The sink was outside the bathroom, close to the beds. The hotel location was great and Miyashita Park was the place to be (tons of people hanging out and doing TickTock videos). Traffic outside was a little loud, but earplugs are available and our room had a fan that could block out the noise. Overall, recommend staying there."
