"Excellent property, centrally located to Myeongdong, City Hall, and Lotte Mall. Staff was amazingly attentive, everyone spoke English exceptionally well, and were egar to assist. Room was in great shape, housekeeping and turndown service was efficient and thorough. We only ate at Aria for breakfast, which was very good and a good value. We will be back!"

"This hotel is close to Myeongdong Cathedral and seems to have a relatively good location. Being slightly in on a busy street seems to be an advantage. There is a large surrounding map inside the hotel, providing good guidance not only for foreigners but also for locals. And there's a self-locker, which is very convenient for temporarily storing luggage, and even better is that it's free. However, the flaw that the soundproofing doesn't seem to be very good and the amenties provided are a bit disappointing. "

"The only reason I did not give a 5 star was that the room smelled musty when coming back from a long day away, we figured it was because the aircon was on automatic and since we were gone most of the day, it was off. Took us a while to figure out the aircon from being turn off automatically when we were gone and throughout the night, The curtains had a little mold on the bottom, I'm assuming was based on the aircon issue. Other than that, it was pretty clean elsewhere, room size was good for 4 adults, and location was ideal for the elderly in our group. Great location on Myeongdong street and close to the train station."

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay at ENA Suite Hotel. The hotel is centrally located wh easy access to metro and bus stations. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's location is very convenient."
