"I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location couldn't be better—right in the center of Myeongdong and directly in front of the bus stop, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Seoul or catching transportation.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the famous Myeong-dong shopping area and is centrally located, so you can walk to the many famous areas, such as Namdamun shopping, Namsan Tower (cable car), Kyungbookoong, the Insadong area, Cheonggaechun, etc. Aloft did a great job with the soundproofing of their rooms. "The service wasn’t meets my expectations. The staff was not impressed. One day the housekeeper cleaned my room at 17:30 and I told her to come back in 30 min cuz I will take a shower. She answered me can’t wait because she want to go home :( While the concierge and receptionist are let me carry my 2 suitcases by myself. I will not stay in this hotel again."
