"Really enjoyed our stay. The character in the bar/restaurant of this old ferry house building was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had booked and prepaid for the room, but after seeing the room, we decided not to stay."

"Great staff. Good food. Excellent value for the money."

"Very friendly welcome, nice clean room. Ammazzinggg breakfast so good and not greasy. Evening meals very tasty. Have stayed a few times and it never fails to disappoint. ."

"Small rooms and I did not know how to get some cool air into the space. Great management. Great bar in the place with incredible music. Works for a night. Would be hard for me to make it work longer."

"Needs new carpet , basic maintenance"

"A great location and a great hotel!"

"The room was clean and bed comfortable. Nice decor in the room. Evening meal food was excellent. Breakfast was disappointing, not cooked to the same standard of the evening food. Dog friendly. Huge carpark. Fabulous position with views over the bay. Just be aware its a mile past the centre of Helensburgh and it's a lovely walk into town."

"Clean and cozy. Great breakfast included. Excellent dinner at on site restaurant. Very convenient to Loch Ness"
