"Staff was friendly and helpful. Paid parking was available and nearby. Property was close to all of the places we wanted to see."

"Located at the core of Glasgow west end, this guest house offers a cosy atmosphere and classy traditional Scottish well equipped rooms. Breakfast is offering continental and British options, generously served strait from the kitchen, well cooked using high quality ingredients. Staff is always attentive and helpful."

"Ended up having to have a late check in and they were accommodating, for a fee which was lined in the rules. However the heater in the room didn’t work, the wifi was weak and could not connect. For basic needs at a very fair price this is a good choice but would not suit people looking for Premier Inn style comfort."

We then scoured the email that we got, only to see in the wall of text that max check in was 9pm, which in my opinion should...
