"The staff was helpful and friendly from the moment we got out of our taxi at the curb. We had a few oversized luggage pieces and a member of staff noticed as she was arriving for her shift. She helped us over to the side door where there was small lift that enabled us to get our luggage in effortlessly. The staff was friendly from the time we arrived to the time we left, no matter who we were talking with. Bathrooms are my big pet peeve if they aren't clean then the rest of the room isn't...

"The room was large and the bed was scrumptious but one of the bed lights was pulling off the wall and there was this loud pump noise in the ceiling that went off for 5-10 seconds periodically disrupting sleep."

"Staff were amazing and super helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive with healthy options. Rooms are small but that is expected for moderate charge hotels. The only negative was a fair sized soft spot under the carpet at the foot of the bed. A bit strange. Otherwise a good stay."
