"The property is not as nice or expensive as Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve, but it was quiet, safe and good dining options around the property. The location is not as secluded as the Grand Reserve which is good and bad. You feel more "trapped" and have to use the hotel resturants and shops at the Grand as it is more remote. Overall, I would recommend this property."

"The room was welcoming and very well done. The staff were super friendly, updated appliances and amenities. Although no pool they have 2 very nice hot tubs on the rooftop area. Within walking distance to the art museum and not a far Uber to condado beach or any beach for that matter. Very welcoming atmosphere. "

"Clean room, helpful staff, not normally staffed but here and willing to help. Even helped us bring our bags in. Plenty of soap and toilet paper. Parking directly across the street. Area seemed safe. "
