"Very nice and cosy hotel, in Kazakh style. Rooms are beautifully decorated, and the restaurant is really nice with music too. Breakfast was meny-style. Amenities in room were also enough and plenty, minibar in room and safe etc. Especially I liked the hair-drier!!! "Very modern hotel! Rooms were clean, comfy, and spacious, and staff was polite and helpful. Location is pretty convenient as well, we were able to walk to the bazaar and Arbat street. Easy access to pharmacies and “corner” markets as well! And if you need to take a taxi there’s a dedicated turn off so you don’t have to wait on a curb"

"After a long, long flight from the US, this hotel was wonderful to check in. Very quaint and quiet. We spent 2 days there before beginning a month-long Silk Road Tour. The architecture and furnishings were charming and far from the usual hotel. The breakfast was quite sumptuous and the on-site restaurant was a welcome convenience I'd go back to this hotel in a heartbeat."
