"We had five star treatment throughout our stay. We went for a bday weekend for my bday and the staff had decorated my room with balloons and lovely messages on the mirrors as well as giving us a personalised postcard and a voucher for complimentary drinks. Service was always with a smile. Breakfast was lovely with an option to choose from a specials board. Our room was a little dated with only one socket available for using our chargers and hair iron. But otherwise clean with a comfy bed. The toilet was too close to the wall (legs and elbows would touch the wall). Free parking was a bonus but it is a 30min walk to the town. Five minute drive to media city and football ground. "

"All The Staff, From Front Desk Staff To Housekeeping Staff To Restaurant Staff was very Friendly & Smiley. Had Pleasant 3D2N Stay There. Thankiu For The Hospitality. "

"There were several takeaways nearby, and a cafe but otherwise not much shopping. A small co-op about 15 minutes walk away and a mini sainsburys 20 minutes walk. On the other hand the bus stop was right outside and the tram stop only 5 minutes walk so easy to get to the city centre. But the key problem was communication with the owners. It came across as if it was all automated and they did not really care. I tried to find out about check in as sometimes samller places close check in early. No luck. They just kept saying check in after 3pm. As it turns out it is automated check in, but they didn't say that either . Also the way that they charged you a deposit - but not until after you had booked was a total rip off. The apartment was fine, but I don't think i'll be doing business with these characters again. "
