Clean comfy room and an excellent breakfast. Good service and food available it seemed round the clock. In a quiet area with not much around there but a good location for walking to Manchester city centre. Plenty of free parking. No complaints, would stay there again and would recommend.

Evening meal wasn’t great, still eating starters when mains were brought out. When we then did get our mains, they were like warm and food was tasteless Breakfast was good Room was dated but spotlessly clean, until late last night the toilet started leaking water. At 11pm didn’t want to trouble reception / move room so coped with it by putting down towels to absorb the water (not dirty water) Raised it with receptionist this morning, who wasn’t overly helpful or interested to be honest! Staff were great, but wouldn’t go back

We had five star treatment throughout our stay. We went for a bday weekend for my bday and the staff had decorated my room with balloons and lovely messages on the mirrors as well as giving us a personalised postcard and a voucher for complimentary drinks. Service was always with a smile. Breakfast was lovely with an option to choose from a specials board. Our room was a little dated with only one socket available for using our chargers and hair iron. But otherwise clean with a comfy bed. The toilet was too close to the wall (legs and elbows would touch the wall). Free parking was a bonus but it is a 30min walk to the town. Five minute drive to media city and football ground.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has easy parking included and is a short cab ride into the centre or can be walked. Room was okay, not huge but did the job. Very good breakfast.
