Staff - honestly interaction was minimal, but in a good way. Check in and check out was friendly and efficient.
Location - Perfect for visiting Old Trafford, an easy 5-10min walk. The city centre is walkable along the canal too, about 40-45mins.
Parking - For our two nights, we were able to register at reception (via touchscreen) for 48hrs free. This allowed us to check out, watch the afternoon match, and collect the car in...
