The free shuttle to Seoul Station is convenient. The room was clean and comfortable with nice touches like a water purifier and a shower with a temperature gauge. I ordered room service and the food was really good - definitely recommend trying it. The staff and concierge team were helpful and friendly. Good location, clean rooms, good food, and helpful staff. I'd stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Seoul."
