Very nice and clean property with helpful and friendly staff. It was located in a quieter area but still within 10-15 mins walking distance to Myeongdong and very close to City Hall station. The suite was amazing and would recommend this hotel to all!

The hotel is very central in the city. Great location and easy access to restaurants and subway system. We had issues with smell in the room, that staff tried to remedy. They charged for an extra pillow, which I thought was unusual. Staff were very responsive throughout our stay.

Rooms were clean, laundry conveniently located on the 3rd floor which makes it easy. Whilst the rooms were on the smaller size, it did have a nice Japanese-homey type feel to it.

Central Seoul

Great stay in central Seoul. The service was attentive and quick to respond. The space was a little tight if you have a lot of luggage but otherwise a great stay.

Beautiful atmosphere, a little uncomfortable

Had an amazing time here! Plenty of space, though some of the beds were slightly less comfortable and there was no couch for our guest with accessibility needs, otherwise the floors were warmed and there were plenty of supplies to meet our dining needs.

Clean and Comfortable Japanese Style Flat

The flat is new and clean. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. There was a small problem with the toilet, but the staff are helpful and it was solved in the next day. My family and I were happy to stay here.

This was a beautiful property centrally located near many public transit systems including bus and subways. The accommodations looked just as pictured. Hotels in the area are always a little smaller but the pictures were accurate. I didn’t realize it was near City Hall and we happens to visit on Founders Day and Chuseok. Some businesses near our area were closed for a full week, lots of protests near us, church in the middle of the street and public events and rally’s that cause delays and traffic. I would research holidays and events happening near city hall before you book! Overall the hotel itself was great, any other time and the location would have been perfect!
