"Excellent hotel with lovely staff at breakfast!"

"Like everything about this hotel especially there breakfast. Also that they had a washer and dryer which made it very nice on our 26 days trip."

"Room was clean. Staff was great. Good location. Would stay again."

"What a wonderful place to stay."

"very nice clean well appointed hotel. staff was awesome. good location also."

"Friendly and very helpful staffs. Breakfast was quite good. The hotel is about 10 mins walk from Firenze SMN train station and only 10-15 mins walk to the attractions in town. I'd stay here again. Room decoration is very edgy with retro graphic style 9except for the bathroom). "

"A beautiful apartment, so full of character and charm. Spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful host. Great location in easy walk from main sights and with a lovely bakery round the corner!"

"The owner was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The apartment was spotless and clean. The location was very convenient and five minutes walk to the city centre."

"Very nice and clean great location"

"I dont think you could imagine it any better. The room is massive, walk in closet to hang clothes. A separate bathroom from the main space that offers some privacy. The patio overlooking the courtyard was amazing and if you got tired of that, you can admire the only Russian Orthodox church in Florence. Its a short walk to the heart of the city. Safe neighborhood. Angelica was super friendly and helpful in providing information. We've already decided it's where we want to stay when we return to...

"Great hotel close to the central train station, staff were very friendly and helpful"
