"Location is a 15 minute walk to the city center and maybe 15 minutes to the airport. Nothing really stood out in the immediate area worth walking to and the hotel does not have on site parking which I didn't like. Upon arriving to the hotel the room wasn't ready even though it was already an hour after check-in time. I waited a while but staff made it right by offering free drinks on the marvelous rooftop. "Incredibly pleasant experience with the staff. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing was it was a little bit loud because of the proximity to the train, but it didn’t detract from our experience from our stay. There were a few mosquitos, but that was probably only because we had to leave the window open since we didn’t have a remote for the AC, rather than the condition of the room. Overall I would recommend this space to anyone staying in Florence! The location was perfectly...

"Great stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very nice. The bed was comfortable, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The hotel is very centrally located, surrounded by restaurants and bars, yet the room was still quiet. I would definitely stay here again."

"A well located (10 min walk from the main train station and 10 mins walk to the Academia) hotel. Very friendly staff and a nice selection of food and drinks at breakfast time. My room was comfortable and had a lovely terrace which was a surprise for me! A couple of minor things- the shower door was half missing (when I mentioned it at reception they did apologise and explain that they’d had issues trying to fix it as it comes off the runners) which meant it was hard to shower without flooding...
