We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the staff were incredible, from complimentary cake both in room and at the spa, to all the email communication before our arrival with plenty of recommendations. The room was exceptional and the pre-arrival email asks for pillow/bed preference which is a nice touch. The hotel ambience was lovely and we will definitely stay here again when we return to KL"

"Rooftop pool must be popular for couples and many taking photos from there. Check-in run by remote and reception facility is only a room with chair. Seems temporary facility and segmentalized person attending check in, There seem no secure luggage storage at reception area as not a hotel. also often the case with apartment style accommodation you will find many missing cutleries you wish to have.
Close to the MRT station is good advantage for matured but facility suits for young couple.
