"Wonderful Birthday Stay!
Had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Hotel KL by Banyan Tree. A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC. Great service and perfect location — will definitely return!"

"The room was gorgeous with incredible views. The staff from the moment we arrived were kind and attentive. The room had been decorated for us with birthday balloons and a piece of cake each - this was totally unexpected but such a nice touch. The staff were really accommodating when we wanted to watch the sunrise on the roof, something I highly recommend doing. We can't wait to stay again later in the year :)"

"We had a wonderful 11 night stay at this spacious and well-located apartment! Just a 15-minute walk to TRX shopping mall, it’s also close to a great selection of local food options. The area offers everything from delicious seafood and Japanese cuisine to Indian and traditional Malay restaurants.

"Excellent two bedroom apartments with security outside in a nice area. We were able to walk to the patronas towers, central market , the pavillion etc which was about 20 minutes walking. "

"It is a great value for the low fees we paid. It can easily accommodate 2 parents with a kid and a baby or toddler since there’s a separate single kid room. Communication was sooth and property is 10 min walk from both klcc & pavillion. "
