This hotel was one the best if not the best hotel I stayed at in all of Europe. Everyone at the front desk were among the best I have ever met in the hospitality industry. The property is beautiful the rooms are comfortable and clean. I am looking forward to coming back.

Family of 4 adults and the Family Room Suite was perfect. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Laundry service was right across the street (2-hour service but could pick up anytime). Hotel was a bit far for walking in intense heat to attractions but getting Lyfts was extremely fast and easy. Nice breakfast à la carte and buffet available as an extra for those looking for this convenience.

Their genuine hospitality truly made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The room was beautifully maintained and cleaned to perfection each and every day, making it a pleasure to return after a day out. Every detail contributed to a sense of comfort, luxury, and relaxation. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, elegant, sophisticated, and beautifully designed with an upscale atmosphere that made the entire experience feel truly special. From the exceptional service to the impeccable accommodations and beautiful surroundings, everything exceeded my expectations. Such a lovely and beautiful hotel! The staff was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond with everything. The room was clean and very cozy! My favourite part about the hotel would have to be the beautiful terrace. Such a nice place to relax and take in all the splendour of being in Rome. The hotel is centrally located and is walking distance from the train station which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome. I understand why it is rated 4 stars!

The staff was really helpful and more than happy to help. We booked our transportation to and from FCO through them and when there was a little hiccup with our payment (the car company's credit card payment system wasn't working and I had to use an ATM to pull out money and got hit with a fee), the hotel spoke to the car service and got me a discount rate on my return trip back to the airport. The room was also pretty large, especially for the price as well. Additionally, the AC worked really well which was really needed bc we went during a heat wave.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large for a city! The hotel is just beautiful. The breakfast was very very good. We had a train to catch the next morning and it was a quick safe walk.
