This property is located in walking distance from the train station and directly across from the subway station. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is very accommodating. Breakfast was included and even thought it wasn’t the best, it wasn’t the worst either. Would definitely stay again when in Rome

It is a relatively quite area, yet it is convenient, The metro B line is just at the corner of the hotel, it takes one stip to the Main station which you can transfer to metro B line or train, if you walk, it take less than 10 min. to reach the main station. Hotel has a clean and bright lobby and clean room. Breakfast is descent.

Hotel is refurnished recently and breakfast was really good. But there were no heating system working and reception told me its spring time at middle of March! Basically room was cold. On the other hand sounds isolation is terrible. You can easily hear somebody to walk at corridor and nearby room. Such a 250€ at winter time level room it is not acceptable.

Staff was not very social nor interactive with us. The area was dirty, and the near by eateries where only okay and nothing I’d ever eat at again. The pizza place around the corner was dirty and the only thing open during lunch. Train station was fairly near.

Short stay in Rome

We stayed at Hotel St. Martin in October of 2022 and really enjoyed it which is why we chose to stay there again. This time we found the front desk staff less friendly. Our room was smaller than last time and when we asked for an upgrade we were told it would be €30 extra per night. Otherwise everything was good. Hotel is 5 min walk from the Termini train station which is very convenient. Short walk to the Trevi fountain and to the Spanish Steps. Overall great location and a good hotel away from the busy tourist noise.

Hotel is clean and looks like recently updated. Very nice A/ C and floor is all tile/marble. I stayed there 4 nights. The day I checked out asked for some drinking water at the front desk and the clerk gives me 2 small water bottles and said it is 5 Euro in cash. Won’t accept credit card. Luckily I had some Euros with me. Felt rude so I can give only 4 star.

Hotel was in a good location, across from the metro and 10min walk from Termini station. Overall clean and modern facilities. However, the AC was turned off in the hotel and it was very difficult to sleep at night as it was getting very humid and muggy, and if I kept the window open it would be noisy from the outside. I had a terrible sleep the entire trip and for a hotel that prides themselves as being new modern hotel that includes AC I was quite disappointed as I could have booked somewhere else.
