Nice place to be in a quiet location and decent connectivity to public transport even late in the night. Ample amount of parking space and friendly staff allowed us for late check in after mid night.
Great Hotel, it's for sure the best for the price near Rome that money can buy! good staff, clean, pretty view, and good bar hotel

I stayed at Occidental Aran Park during my summer vacation.Overall,it is a decent property. The amenities and gadgets at the hotel are a bit dated. I liked the ambience though. There is a lot of greenery, and it is located in a very quiet area. The downside is that there are limited dining options close by. You need take public transportation or a taxi downtown to find food to eat.
excellent peaceful stay on the outskirts of town, with most modern amenities & car park aplenty..
Very pleasant & helpful staff..
Top marks & thank you..(I'll be staying again, soon!!)
We stayed outside of the city center so we could have more space. The rooms we chose had living space plus bedrooms and a nice balcony. It is a bit of a pain to get into the city but we mostly used the bus and the train. There is a bus stop very close. Taxis are more expensive. The restaurant was nice. Breakfast was good and the bar and outdoor patio were nice.
Excellent professional service, set in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood, on the outskirts of town.
Reception staff were absolutely top class, offering advice & help, when prompted.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while on vacation in Rome. The check in process was easy and the staff were friendly. The room was small but we had a nice balcony. The hotel felt old, but has had some updates/renovations, which made it feel nicer; However, there was no AC which made the room was quite hot, and the bathroom was long overdue for a good scrubbing, particularly in the shower.
The douche is very dangerous, very slippery. The card/key often don’t work.
The stuff is excellent though, very friendly, always doing their best to help.
We booked a stay with breakfast and dinner and didn’t regret it even for one second. Very convenient and rather good.
Hotel staff are amazing, made our stay lovely. Underground parking isn't accessible as the ramp down is too steep but the uncovered parking worked just fine. Room as a little run down but for the price its very good.
Love this hotel I stayed there for one night, it was nice and clean, staffs were friendly, it’s on the hill over sing the water, love the fact that they have a terrace where you can go lounge with a nice view of the water. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, food was good. Overall it was a nice stay. Only thing I didn’t like was the fact that you have to go on the 4th floor to iron your clothes, I think they should put irons in the rooms.
Was good place to stay restaurant was great and the bar was great hosting was great some very friendly and some not so much… room I was it was good just a/c was not control by us it was by hotel. Also transportation a bit far away from Rome that made it a bit expensive… But overall very good around little restaurants, shops and other would recommend staying n would go back as well.
For the first time ever being in Rome I never been so pleased and happy to have found such a great property with very pleasant staff. 10 out of 10 for being the best ever

Clean hotel and friendly staff.. The hotel is a bit far from the historic centre about 1 hour with public transport and the activities and options for bars and restaurants in the hotel vicinity are limited but we believed they were fairly priced and of good quality. The biggest drawback of the hotel was the toilet since it did not flush well and therefore could leave some not so pleasant odour
I read some bad reviews for here after booking so was a bit worried, however none of the issues stated were even remotely a problem for us! AC worked awesome entire time (and it was hot in Italy), plumbing was never an issue, staff were very nice to work with. The lobby bar is awesome! The area is a suburb of Rome so it's very quiet and low traffic, the hotel itself actually sits down beside an old farm. It is about a 10min drive to get to get to pretty much evey attraction in Rome but I prefer that over staying in the heart of everything. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants a couple min away walking. Nice, free parking garage under the hotel with an elevator running down to it. All & all a very nice place to stay if you enjoy the quiet!

Outside the hotel it's a quiet place. That's a good thing for a hotel if you ask me. Of course depending on ure reason of the stay.
Nearby public transport that will bring you to the metro station within 15 minutes. Very handy!
Hotel is good, but need some renovations, especially in the bathroom.
Also try to book a room that's not on the 6th floor. In the morning (from 7am) you will hear the chairs moving back and forward above you (7th floor is the restaurant). I told the receptionist about this and hopefully this will be solved soon.
The bed and pillows are super comfortable and the airco is doing his job. Room is overall spacious so that's nice.
Our stay had some ups and downs. The room felt very outdated, more like a motel than a hotel, and was quite dark, even with all the lights on—especially in the bathroom. The broken glass door to the patio made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, as it looked like someone had tried to force their way in. The view was also unsettling, with an abandoned, burned-out building nearby, giving us the chills. We could hear people but couldn’t see anyone, which added to the uneasy feeling.
I have dust allergies, and when I opened the curtains to the patio, there was a thick layer of dust that made me itch. On a positive note, I requested something special since my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and booked this last minute because we didn’t know we’re gonna be staying in rome, we’re in a roadtrip, the staff decorated the room a little with balloons and petals. They even surprised us later with a small bottle of champagne and small treat of cake, which we really appreciated.
The breakfast was great, with plenty of options, though it wasn’t included in the stay. We also found the parking very convenient. Overall, while we appreciated the thoughtful touches, the room and atmosphere didn’t quite meet our expectations.
The room was clean. Fridge was broken, emergency alarm in the shower was ripped out of the wall. Drainage in the bathroom sink was very poor. Bathroom electrical outlet not working. Also, there were visible signs of bathroom leaks in the room. The balcony door did not lock properly.
If you are staying on sixth floor, you will be woken up around 6:45 every day because there is a restaurant on the 7th floor serving breakfast everyday. We could hear every sound of moving chairs and tables. It was terrible and very annoying.
One day, at around 4:45 in the morning, there was a hotel wide fire alarm. Maybe it was an annual fire drill ?! We had to evacuate in the pyjama outside of the hotel.I saw no fire department showing up. So we got back to the room, and slept till 6:45 when breakfast has started again !!!!
Good transit connection to the metro station as well as bus #720 will take you strait to the Ciampone airport.
There was no electrical kettle in the room, and this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel ?! It should be a 3 minus star hotel.
Just next to the hotel, there is a big construction hole which is a reminder of an unfinished project.
For the first, this hotel is NOT 4 stars!! When we checked in the first things you saw was a big empty lobby. When we checked in, we were told that the breakfastroom in 7 floor has a huge balkony where we could eat. In reality it was just a small strip about a meter wide and there were just three tables. The room was spacious but old. Ventilation did not work at all, and the wall were old and not maintained. The shower was renovated and it was OK, but the toilet was something wrong with. We found pop that was not cleaned away. We tried to cancel the rest of the stay, and we were promised that they try to fix that, but no one cared to check and fix the problems. The breakfast was simple but OK. In the first day, the coffee machine broke and stay like that for the next 3 days. It meant that all the guest used just one coffeemaker and it was not optional. Since the hotel is away from center, you will pay between 25-35 € each way with Uber or taxi. Choose rather a hotel in center that is worth the price

Way too far that it cost so much to ride a taxi. I don't find the staff friendly at all, except with the young lady. In general they lack the warm and welcoming approach to customer service. It appears more likely speaking with a robot, a person with no emotion, they don't smile at all. Elevator is too small, slow, not to mention i have to go down almost everyday for them to fix may door card that most of the time fails to work. After check-in they gave our room to another guests by mistake, good thing were about to leave and those guest asked by surprised. The fridge in the room is empty. No phone directory in the room. No cart for luggages. Tv's old, just italian channels. Smell of the drainage at the front entrance is aweful/disgusting. The building looks creepy, I find the pics in expedia website deceiving. Nevertheless, the hotel/room smells and looks clean from the inside, that's for me is excellent. Their shower hot/cold is great. Air condition is fantastic for the hot weather. If you are someone who comes with a car, this is the best place I would recommend, but if you rely on public transpo, this is the worst when it comes to location, that is just my opinion. Overall, after staying for 3 nights, I would rate this hotel 3.5 / 5 stars
Reminds me of a holiday inn from the 1980 but a tired version . The staff are friendly , the breakfast hall took me back
