This is a great location very near the Spanish Steps and on a hopping touristy street. Lots of restaurants and shopping right outside. Of course, this comes with the street noise including an early morning garbage collection and street sweeping. It didn't bother us, and we had the window open. With the window closed (nice double glass window) we may not have even noticed. Only complaint is that the bathroom door was stuck open. Check-in and out was super simple and the hotel is an easy walk up on the second floor.

Das größte plus ist die Lage. Alles quasi Fußläufig erreichbar. Aber sie ist stark abgenutzt, die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel ich bin mir sicher das es im Winter zu kalt und im Sommer zu warm wäre. Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit gewesen.

Great location at an affordable rate, a little dated with limited facilities, but we don't hang around the hotel, so no problem for us. Overall very happy and would recommend to those that prefer location and only use hotel to sleep in. It was very quiet considering location.

The rooms were small but adequate. The staff was PHENOMENAL, always friendly and quite helpful. Area is excellent, quite walkable (for those who can walk a few miles on uneven cobblestones, but that's part of visiting Rome in any case). Lots of nearby restaurant and shopping options.

Great budget stay.
We booked last minute, so we cannot complain. It was great budget stay, a bit out-dated decor but it was not an issue as we were there to explore. Hotel provided vouchers for breakfast at next door restaurant. It was amazing. Receptionists were friendly and polite. Great location, plenty of restaurants around. 30min walk to main tourist attractions.

The room was not so large but had an own characteristic with high and wooden ceiling as well with some Roman statutes. The room was quiet.

The hotel is in one of the best areas of Rome, quite near to the Piazza de Spagna and within the neighbourhood of restaurants and shoppings. Simple and affordable hotel, with very good (clean, confortable, with AC) rooms which is a wondeful opotion for those who want to visit Rome and not spend much time at the hotel :).

Beware light sleepers and rude staff
I don’t recommend. You won’t get a good nights sleep. You can hear everything from the street and the glass bottles clacking early morning because they need to collect them as trash from the restaurants. You can hear everything outside of the room as well as the guest in the room next to you. I could hear them loud as if they were in my room.. I am a heavy sleeper and it still bothered me, be ware light sleepers! Staff was super rude. On hotels.com it said that check out was 23:00 when I booked the hotel and when I got the confirmation email it also said 23:00. On the day before check out I wanted to double check with staff when I needed to check out so I would be ready at that time. Instead of apologizing for wrong info I received they kept on scolding me that no hotel ever has check out at 23:00 and how would they get new guests if it’s 23:00 etc etc even though I showed them the email that I wasn’t making it up. All I did was double check with them so I’ll be ready at that time and it didn’t even bother me that I got the wrong info. Super unprofessional response from the staff.

Location was excellent! Able to walk to most attractions. The lady at the front desk whose name I wish I remember, (she had worked there 23 years) was super helpful. She assisted getting luggage in the hotel, getting us a cab to the port and some recommendations. Just be ready to drag your bags a few feet because cab cannot take you to the door (which is true of most hotels in the area because streets are too narrow).

Location was amazing. Close to major sights, shopping and restaurants. Mattresses on the beds were perfect for a good night’s sleep. Receptionists always friendly and helpful. This is a small hotel and rated as 2 star but delivered everything we could have hoped for. We would definitely go back.

Warning!! This hotel does NOT allow you to turn the heat on in your room. Even when it is 36 degrees Fahrenheit outside. They control the heat starting at 6pm they turn it on but the turn it off in the middle of the night. I know there is a crisis with gas in Europe but this should be told to guests. I slept in 2 sweaters and a scarf.

You get what you pay for, the price is great and i was able to book last minute. What isn't great is the room is tiny, my legs were pressing against the shower door while on the privy. The room was also infested with ants.

Great hotel and staff!
This is an excellent hotel, I highly recommend it. It is close to all tourist attractions, to stores and restaurants. Public transportation is available, but you don't really need it. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. They have arranged for a taxi to the airport early in the morning, which can be challenging on a workday. If you are in Rome for experiencing the city, this is the hotel you want to book, at a very reasonable price, in a great location. It is a 2 star hotel, so don't expect anything luxurious, but it has everything you need in order to spend a great holiday in a great city!
