Need to cut down trees around the beach so you can see the sea from the room. Also need to trim and take care of the area around the sidewalks. However the staff and experience was still great.

We stayed in the Ocean Wing. Ants in the bathroom. Many of the common areas were old and quite dirty. The restaurant was inexpensive and very good. The king size bed was very comfortable. The beach was beautiful.

Amazing location and well maintained facility

Stayed in a large room at Seapine ocean wing. For its age the hotel is extremely well maintained. Pool is warm and clean. Staff friendly and breakfast good. Lots of parking.

Nice, and out of the city.

Nice Beach, and pool. Breakfast is not impressing, and do not vary much. The hotel is away from the city, which I like, quiet most of the time. For 2 Bath, the train takes you to Hua Hin. 👍 Hotel needs some maintenance, but atmosphere and lobby is very nice.

A gem outside Hua Hin

Great location near beach and huge pool. Mosr rooms got sea view. Chairs at pool area could have been a bit more clean. We got a power outage and the information could have been better. Breakfast buffet good for the cost. In October it was easy to get grab to central Hua Hin for ~120 thb. Overall a great stay.

Lovely Beach Resort With Great Service

Beautiful resort with a great pool, beach access, and fantastic staff. Deer at the front desk was very helpful with choosing rooms, arranging golf and anything else wee could need. It’s a bit isolated from stores and restaurants, but the on-site restaurant is good. There’s a fun little beach bar, and massage cabana right on the water. Just be sure to bring anything you need from “town” as central Hua Hin is a 100~140 Baht taxi away. Seapine golf course is first class, and they shuttle you from the front door of the hotel in a stretch cold cart. 😊

Perfect, oceanfront villa number 3 total coastal view if you use Expedia definitely pay for the upgrade. You won’t sorry . We upgraded to 2 bedroom villa , had a two bedroom home oceanfront great staff very patient to check in to show me payable upgrade options for a total Thailand coastal view

Upon check-in staff was friendly, and the main lobby looked inviting, upon going into our room noticed the bathroom was filthy with old toothpaste in the sink hair and shower was mildew. Had bugs in the corners. Left first thing in the morning and won’t come back.

Outdated hotel

Very outdated. Most of the sunbeds were broken so probably only 6 people had a chance to stay around the pool. The reception area was well looked after but other areas were not tidy. The corridors and the stairs to rooms were covered in hair, dust and bugs. We had a room on a higher floor but still had maggots and ants inside the hotel room (in the bathroom, floors, closet…). It’s a shame since the hotel is located on a nice beach and it has a lot of potential. One plus: the staff were lovely.

You’re paying for the villa walkout onto the beach

Check in was a bit of a pain. Google maps took us to one of the two hotel offices, we needed to be at the opposite one. As our ride left, we had to wait for their golf cart to move us to the right one, and then to the villa. Older place. Needs some updating and a good cleaning. Patio windows onto the walk out patio were smudged and a little greasy, considering the view, you’d want those clean I’d think. Grouting in the shower needs to be redone. Needs updated shower heads. Beds are mediocre at best, but caused no problems. The beach is amazing. Very quiet, fantastic fine sand, and the water is bath water warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful
